Delivery Charges: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000 and for Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable) shipped within India, a standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 95 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000. for international shipping, we charge INR 1500 for orders under INR 20000. General Delivery Time: All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days. We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at hello@craftinbrands.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per product would be levied for the same.
Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policy
Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt
Full Price Standard Merchandise
Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at hello@craftinbrands.com from your registered email id to trigger the request.
COD Orders
• The amount is refunded as Cbstory Gift card which you can use for your future orders
• COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
Prepaid Orders
• Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)
• All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift card only.
International Orders
• We do not provide reverse pick up facility in case of international shipments. All back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.
• All applicable brokerage or custom charges on international shipments will be paid by the customer.
• All other applicable conditions and terms of our return and refunds above apply to international returns.
• we accept only prepaid payment mode for International order.
Exclusion from Return/Exchange
• Products can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective,
• Handling charges of INR 95 applicable on all orders below INR 1000 are not refunded in case of any return.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:
• All items must have the original tags, and should be unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
• All items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
• Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece
• To ensure your Cbstory products are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection.
• All alteration/exchange/return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at hello@craftinbrands.com from your registered email id to trigger the request.
• It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered.
• Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for triggering pickup again.
Cancellation:
Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email hello@craftinbrands.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
